- House sleeps 13 people in beds. Couch and chair in upstairs hall open to beds.
- Adjust heating and cooling to your comfort. Thermostat over bar in living room and another in master bedroom behind door.
- House is on a septic, only toilet paper in toilets and nothing down sinks.

- Fishing pier and boat dock in neighborhood. See the DIRECTIONS page for walking directions.
- Lake across the street for catch and release fishing.
- Washer and dryer in closet between 1st floor bedrooms.
- Beach towels, extra jackets, other necessities in hall closets.
- Water toys, fishing poles, etc. in garage.
- Automatic gate opener in drawer by back door.
Checklist when you leave:
- Set thermostats at 75/summer, 63/winter.
- Remove all perishable food from fridge/cupboards.
- Set ice maker arm to stop ice maker.
- Take garbage to garage bin in garage (pop bottles, etc.).
- Check that all doors and windows are locked. (incl. porch)
- Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
- Leave no dirty dishes in the sink or the dishwasher.
